For my final post of my 2010 trip to Honduras, I saved my fav for last, portraits. After shooting these images I really had a sense of the post-up as universal. In a foreign place and a language barrier between myself and the subject, I used my camera to create a connection the same way I would shooting a party in New York City. This is what I love about shooting photographs, capturing a moment in time, meeting new people, seeing new things and ultimately being able to share them with viewers everywhere.
